    Pay your bill quickly while on-the-go. Our mobile app allows you to view your bill, view your energy usage, and stay current with your bill payments. Available for download in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

    Pay your bill with a credit card, debit card or an electronic funds transfer by calling 202-833-7500. Residential customers are charged a $1.95 convenience fee by Western Union Speedpay for credit and debit card payments.
