If you are constructing a new building or substantially renovating an existing building and need to install or increase the capacity of the electrical service, please fill out an application for class of service form.
If you are performing work on a property, for example to replace the meter can or repair siding, and need to temporarily disconnect service, please complete the power outage request form. For service requests to have the meter pulled, please refer to the poster below to contact the appropriate Pepco service center and schedule an appointment.
