You can engage with us
in our goal of providing “best in class” service to our customers in a number
of ways. You can participate in community meetings and community advisory
groups that are designed to provide you with information on a variety of energy
topics important to you and your neighbors.
You can contact our
Customer Advocate's Office to let them know when you need a speaker for a
community event, or if you just need some assistance resolving a problem. We
are here to help you.
At our headquarters, we have a contemporary art gallery that frequently showcases and
hosts many artists and performing artists in the region. Our EmPower
Maryland programs are a proactive way in which you can take control of your
employees live and work in the Pepco Region. They truly believe in the
"power to do good." You will
see from our corporate citizenship and volunteer hours that we are truly making
a difference across the region, whether that is sitting on non-profit boards
and associations, or helping our customers from every walk of life. Read more by accessing our Corporate
Citizenship & Social Responsibility page.
