The Customer Advocate
team was created in the fall of 2011 upon recommendations from our customers.
Our role is to work directly with customers and governmental and regulatory
officials with the goal of better understanding and meeting our customers'
expectations. We also provide information and education on a wide range of
energy issues in the communities that we serve.
are here to listen to your concerns and suggestions, and will facilitate the
resolution of any issues between you and Pepco. Whether you are a residential customer, a small business
establishment or a large commercial customer, we want to hear from you and
provide you with the assistance and information you are looking for.
