Meter Photo Upload
We are offering a new service called Photo Meter Read which allows you to submit a photo of your meter for a reading. To participate, you must be a Residential Customer with a Non-Time of Use meter (a meter with a single display). You will need to take a picture of your meter and complete the form below. Make sure that the picture clearly shows the entire face of the meter, including the meter dials and meter number. Examples of acceptable and unacceptable photos are shown on the right. Please include your name, address, account number, date the picture was taken and phone contact information in your email.
Processing time will take 5 to 7 business days. You will be notified once your account has been reviewed, and any adjustments have been made.
