Welcome to the Office of the Customer Advocate
The Customer Advocate team was created in the fall of 2011 upon recommendations from our customers. Our role is to work directly with customers and governmental and regulatory officials with the goal of better understanding and meeting our customers' expectations. We also provide information and education on a wide range of energy issues in the communities that we serve.
The Customer Advocate team is here to listen to your concerns and suggestions, and we will facilitate the resolution of any issues between you and Pepco. We are dedicated to helping customers get the assistance and information they are looking for; whether you are a residential customer, a small business establishment or a large commercial customer, we want to hear from you.
