Bill Inserts and Newsletters
Throughout the year, Pepco includes special inserts with customer bills that provide information about changes in rates or electric service. The large majority of inserts are required by the District of Columbia and Maryland Public Service Commissions. Other inserts are provided as a customer service by Pepco and promote payment options and energy-efficiency tips, among other topics.
