Pay your Bill in Person
America's Cash Express (ACE)
You can conveniently pay your Pepco bill at more than 65 ACE locations throughout the Washington metropolitan area. Just visit any of the ACE stores in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia and make your cash, check or money order payment on site. Your payment will be posted to your Pepco account on the next business day. Be sure to take your bill with you and provide your Pepco account number. ACE charges a $1.25 fee per transaction.
