Welcome to Online Bill Payment. Pepco offers you the ability to access your electric bill as well as make a payment online. These options are available to residential and commercial customers. This is not an automatic payment plan. You have complete control as to when you pay your bill.
Here is how it works. Each month, your Pepco bill statement will appear on our Internet site showing the amount you owe, the bill details, any messages you'd get on your paper bill and your energy comparison to last year. If you want Pepco to send you an online notification that your e-bill is ready, click the "Customer Info" button and provide us with your e-mail address after you log on.
In order to pay your bill you will be required to provide your checking account number and bank routing number. Although your bill is online, you may elect during registration to continue receiving your paper copy in the mail.
