  • Third Party Notification - In certain cases, a designated third party may receive a copy of any final or service disconnection notices attached to your account to help maintain your service.
  • Energy Assistance Programs - Provide assistance to customers who need help paying their electric bill.
  • Extended Payment Plan - This plan allows an extension of the normal bill due date to help you manage your budget.
  • Life-Support Equipment - Tell us about your special medical needs so we can notify you when a power outage might occur.
