Seniors Enjoy Pepco-Supported Picnic

Pepco volunteers were organized by Linda Jo Smith, Pepco Government Affairs – D.C. “The event could not have been the success it was without your help,” wrote Parks & Recreation Acting Director Ximena Hartsock in a thank-you note to Pepco volunteers.
