- Rerouting power for Columbia Hospital for Women (4 p.m. estimated time).
- Working at about 12 manholes holding lower voltage cables.
- Pulling damaged cable
- Installing new cable
- Making numerous splices
- At the same time, testing higher voltage cables; 6 feeders of 13-kilovolt primary lines, throughout the northeast quadrant of Georgetown.
- Checking and repairing problems.
- Distributing 20,000 pounds of dry ice.
- Working to open two lanes of traffic on outbound M Street.
