Pepco To Give Away Free Energy-Saving Light Bulbs at MD Metro Stops

Pepco will hand out free compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs) at two Metro stops, Tuesday, November 27. This event kicks off our new energy-efficiency program that offers Maryland customers discounts on select ENERGY STAR® qualified CFLs. Discounted CFLs will be available at participating Home Depot and Costco Wholesale stores in Prince George’s and Montgomery counties.

WHAT: Free ENERGY STAR compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs) will be available.

WHEN: Tuesday, November 27, 2007 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
