Manage Your Account with Voice Assistants

Thanks to Pepco, you can now manage your energy account with your voice! You can use Google Assistant or Alexa to report outages and check outage status, get your account balance, and check energy usage so you can focus on more important things.

  1. To connect your Pepco My Account, just say "Hey Google, talk to Pepco or "Alexa, open  Pepco." Then you will be asked to log in to your online account with your username and password.

    Please note: To interact with Pepco via Google Assistant, you will need to have a Pepco My Account. Visit to register your account online.

  2. Once your Pepco My Account is linked to Google Assistant or Alexa successfully, you're all set! Just say, "Hey Google," or "Alexa" to get started.
      • "Hey Google, what is the outage status in my area?"
      • "Alexa, get my account balance."
      • "Hey Google, check my energy usage."
      • "Alexa, report an outage."
