Throughout the year, we include special inserts with customer bills that provide information about changes in rates or electric service. The large majority of inserts are required by the District of Columbia and Maryland Public Service Commissions. Other inserts are provided as a customer service by us and promote payment options and energy-efficiency tips, among other topics. You can also read The Source, our monthly newsletter, for more tips and information.
