By creating an online account, you can set up agreements with Pepco to provide uninterrupted electric service to the properties you manage. It only takes a matter of minutes!
Landlords and property managers who manage commercial rental space may use the Portal to view the electric responsibility to all the buildings and units in their landlord agreement. They may also use the Portal to disconnect service on behalf of their tenants. However, establishing electric service at a commercial rental property or unit requires a call to Pepco at 202-833-7500.
