Pepco Continues Reliability Improvement Project
As Pepco continues to work to improve reliability for its customers, a vital portion of the system enhancements related to the "O" Street Substation upgrade will be transported and installed on Saturday, October 29th.
Pepco contractors will transport the equipment from the Benning Service Center to the Pepco "O" Street Substation where it will be installed. This move has been coordinated with the District of Columbia government, and is scheduled to take place in the early morning hours, weather permitting, to minimize community impacts. The move is scheduled to take several hours and will be completed later in the day.
