The majority of this work will take place along the transmission path and at the affected substations; however to mitigate any community impact, Pepco will build temporary stabilized construction entrances to connect the roadways to the project area. Pepco is also committed to ensuring that the community is informed about all phases of the project in a timely manner. As part of that effort, a public meeting will be held on Sept. 10, at 7 p.m. at Davis Hall located at 9217 51st Ave., College Park, MD.
