Background: Continuing to deliver on
its merger commitments, Pepco and Exelon recently provided $25 million to
Montgomery and Prince George's counties to support workforce development, job
creation, energy efficiency and sustainability programs. Many other benefits
have already gone to customers and additional merger benefits are coming.
