2. Working at about 12 manholes holding lower voltage cables.
• Pulling damaged cable
• Installing new cable
• Making numerous splices
3. At the same time, testing higher voltage cables; 6 feeders of 13-kilovolt primary lines, throughout the northeast quadrant of Georgetown.
4. Checking and repairing problems.
5. Distributing 20,000 pounds of dry ice.
6. Working to open two lanes of traffic on outbound M Street.
