More than 65 Locations in the Metro Area

Pepco customers can now make bill payments at more than 65 America`s Cash Express (ACE) locations in the Washington metropolitan area.

On Nov. 1, ACE began accepting Pepco bill payments at its stores in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. ACE accepts cash, check or money order for any type of payment that can be made at a Pepco office; payments will post the following business day.

"We are offering this service as a convenience for our customers who prefer to pay their bills in person, but who may not live near a Pepco office," said Charles R. Dickerson, Manager, Customer Operations Division. "ACE has an outstanding record of service in accepting bill payments for various businesses in the Washington area and nationwide."

Customers must bring their Pepco bill or account number in order to make a payment at an ACE store. ACE charges a fee of $1.25 for each bill that is paid; Pepco does not profit from this fee. Click here for a list of ACE locations.

ACE accepts only bill payments; to conduct transactions such as initiating service, customers should call (202) 833-7500 or visit one of the following Pepco business offices:

District of Columbia

• Edison Place, 701 Ninth St., N.W., Washington, D.C.
• Martin Luther King Business Office, 2806 Martin Luther King Jr., Ave., S.E., Washington, D.C. (checks or money orders only)

Maryland

• Forestville Business Office, 8300 Old Marlboro Pike, Forestville, Md.
• Rockville Business Office, 200 West Gude Drive, Rockville, Md. (checks or money orders only)

Among Pepco`s other bill payment options are its Pre-Authorized Transfer program and online bill payment; information about both is available at pepco.com. Pepco customers also can pay their electric bills at any branch of SunTrust and Allfirst banks.
