Pepco will distribute dry ice to residents left without power from last night's severe storm that left thousands without electricity.

The distribution will take place at RFK Stadium in Lot 4 after 2:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. today, or while supplies last.  Access to the site is from East Capitol Street or C Street.  It can also be reached by Metro via the Stadium/Armory station.

Pepco also reminds customers to stay away from downed power lines and report them, or any other life threatening power emergency, by calling 202-872-3432.  To report an outage, call 1-877-PEPCO-62.
