Pepco Customer Center is Now Open for Business

Business Service Completely Energy Efficient

WASHINGTON - Today Pepco's Business Center will have a new address and new look in the District of Columbia.  The Customer Service Center in Southeast Washington, D.C., is now open at its new location, 2300 Martin Luther King, Jr., Ave.  The move from the former building at 2806 Martin Luther King, Jr., to the first floor of the new Salvation Army Building increases accessibility to all customers. The new Business Center has a larger customer service area where company representatives will have increased opportunities to offer quality assistance to anyone choosing to pay their Pepco energy bill or seeking answers to energy questions.

"Our new 'green building' reinforces our commitment to good customer service while embracing a more sustainable environment," said Thomas Graham, President, Pepco Region. "With the partnership of the Salvation Army, our customers will see that we take energy efficiency seriously and practice it every day."

The new building features everything energy efficient, from LED lighting and ENERGY STAR products, to recycled and eco-friendly materials for floors, the ceiling, window treatments, furniture and wall paint.
