Pepco will be in Attendance to Listen and Answer Questions
WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Prince George's County Blue Ribbon Task Force will hold a town hall meeting at the College Park City Hall on Wednesday, May 25 to discuss Pepco's service reliability. The meeting will take place from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the 2nd floor Council Chambers. College Park City Hall is located at 4500 Knox Road, College Park, MD 20740.
Moderated by the Blue Ribbon Task force, this meeting will allow customers - residential, commercial and governmental - in both Prince George's County and the District of Columbia to give direct feedback about service reliability; specifically regarding power outages, restoration of electricity service, priorities for restoring service and Pepco's communications with customers during outages and emergencies. The Task Force will collect information from the meeting, then publish and submit a report, including recommendations, to the company at the end of the process.
A second town hall meeting will be held in the Fort Washington area in early June.
