Pepco Edison Place Gallery to Transform into Temporary Retail Space
WASHINGTON, DC -Pepco and Goodwill of Greater Washington welcome spring with a trunk show at the Pepco Edison Place Gallery. The retail pop-up will operate from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. today and Friday from 11:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m. . The store will be filled with the finest Goodwill spring and summer apparel as well as seasonal accessories. All merchandise being sold has been donated to Goodwill and selected from Washington, D.C., area stores.
"To remain true to the mission of the Pepco Edison Place Gallery, the space will be decorated with Goodwill artwork featuring murals of people helped by the Goodwill mission," said Debbi Jarvis, vice president corporate citizenship and social responsibility, Pepco Holdings Inc.
"We have had tremendous success hosting pop-up shops at the Pepco Edison Place Gallery in the past and are grateful for Pepco's ongoing commitment to serving our community by donating space that will generate revenue to fund our programs and services," said Brendan Hurley, Goodwill of Greater Washington chief marketing officer. "We're confident that the shoppers will find great bargains at our trunk show once again, while helping a powerful cause."
The Edison Place Gallery is located at 702 Eighth St., NW, between G and H streets, one block west of the Verizon Center, and is open to the public from noon to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday with free admission.
