WASHINGTON, D.C. (November 28, 2018) – Pepco recognized 10 outstanding employees with the company's annual Premiere Customer Experience Award for their work in delivering exceptional customer service over the last year. The award recognizes employees who made a difference in the lives of customers through assistance and support on important topics, such as energy bills, energy assistance programs, or service requests.
Pepco established the award as part of its ongoing efforts to continually promote a customer-focused environment and to recognize employees who go above and beyond to provide a positive customer experience.
