Pepco has submitted to the Maryland Public Service Commission (Commission) an application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity for authority to rebuild an existing 10.2 mile 230 kilovolt (“KV”) double circuit tower line between Pepco’s Oak Grove Substation and Pepco’s Talbert Substation, all within Prince George’s County, Maryland. A public evening hearing on this matter is hereby set for Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at Dr. Henry Wise Jr. High School, located at 12650 Brooke Lane, Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Those wishing to speak at the hearing must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org by Monday, 12:00 Noon on January 29, 2024. The evening hearing may be viewed on the Public Utility Law Judge’s You Tube Channel. Written comments on the proposed Project may be submitted electronically in the Public Comment Dropbox on the Maryland Public Service Commission’s website or by first-class mail on or before February 6, 2024, and must reference Case No. 9699. If submitted by first-class mail, comments must be addressed to Andrew S.
