Gospel Series

Pepco’s partnership with Washington Performing Arts (WPA) has amplified gospel music—on the mainstage and in the community—as a unique entry point for arts education. Pepco will help to expand program curricula, create new partnerships in the DMV region, and achieve WPA’s strategic goals and outcomes for both Men and Women of the Gospel and Children of the Gospel, to continue our multi-year growth and to provide the highest quality vocal training and education, as well as life-changing performance opportunities at no cost to participants. These concerts will shine a beacon of transparency on social-justice issues and celebrate the accomplishments of African American men and women who continue to thrive and enrich our community.

Pepco is proud to partner with the Friends of the National Zoo (FONZ) to spotlight one of the District’s most exciting and accessible holiday traditions – ZooLights powered by Pepco. During this annual free event, ZooLights celebrates the season with live music performances, tasty winter treats and plenty of opportunities for holiday shopping. More than 500,000 environmentally friendly LED lights transform the Zoo into a winter wonderland!
