Greetings,
We are pleased to welcome you to our new website which we hope you will find even more useful. At Pepco, we work every day, around the clock, to deliver safe, reliable and affordable electric service to our valued customers.
With our new website, we are better equipped to provide more information to our customers and receive feedback on how we can better serve you. We have reorganized a lot of the information and added new elements. You can continue to access information on our critical projects and initiatives to improve system reliability, ways by which our customers can save on their energy bills, improvements we are making to accelerate the interconnection of photovoltaic systems, and actions we are taking to be more innovative in delivering safe, reliable and sustainable energy to you – our customers.
As a part of the Exelon family of companies, Pepco’s ability to deliver energy services safely and reliably is stronger than ever. Our commitment to the communities we serve remain strong and consistent. We take our role very seriously to make lasting and meaningful contributions to the local communities we serve. With a range of proactive systems upgrades on track, plus local hiring initiatives that are also up and running, we are delivering on our promises.
The added benefits of being part of Exelon are considerable, including providing savings to customers. Above all, we still remain deeply rooted in the District of Columbia, and Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties. This region has been our home for more than 120 years, and we remain very proud to be a local company, serving our local communities.
We hope you will continue to partner with us on the important work of making our communities vibrant and sustainable places to live and work. Here at our new website, I invite you to visit The Source, an open door for highlighting customer experiences – and for listening to your concerns via our social media channels. Please navigate our new website and share stories within our communities. We also encourage you to inform us when you identify areas for improvement.
Please know that Pepco is deeply invested in the ongoing economic vitality and prosperity of the communities we serve. To that end, we are committed to doing our part in moving the region forward for our customers and communities – thank you for the opportunity to provide you with safe and reliable service.
