Pepco Maryland Customer bills will increase starting on April 1, 2022, and as authorized by the Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC), will be partially reduced by certain tax benefits. With the rate adjustment and offsets approved by the PSC, typical residential electric bills will increase by $3.48 per month as compared to last year. See pepco.com/MYPMD for details.
Here is the information you need in order to add subscribers:
Depending on timing of notification from the Subscriber Organization of the Subscriber's subscription amount, it may take up to two billing cycles before a bill credit is applied to the Subscriber's bill. Successful updates received by Pepco on or before the 10th of each month will be effective the following month. Subscriptions may not take effect retroactively.
The billing period of shall be the customer's customary billing period for service provided under their applicable Rate Schedule.
If your request failed, you will be able to modify and resubmit the enrollment or cancel the request and it will be removed from the list or processed the following month.
If your facility is pending activation, you may submit requests to enroll subscribers, but they will not be processed until the facility is activated. To be approved for activation, the Green Power Connection team will confirm the following tasks are complete:

The CREF Facility's allocated capacity, as displayed within the portal is the sum of the allocation of all subscribers, following the guidelines defined below:
Pepco will email the Subscriber Organizations in a monthly basis with a summary of the applied credits for all active subscribers of their facility. Customer move-outs will be noted in the summary file; the Subscriber Organization will be responsible for accessing the portal and unenrolling the subscriber. We'd recommend that you contact the customer so you can take steps to have them re-enrolled with their new account, as applicable.
