If you are a building owner, property manager or benchmarking representative, Pepco’s innovative Energy Usage Data System will change the way you operate. Our new tool can help you retrieve the aggregate whole building energy usage data of your single or multi-tenant commercial, residential, and industrial buildings and enable you to:
To sign up for Pepco’s Energy Usage Data System, please click the Enrollment Form button found below and complete the form. Submit your completed form using the Request Access button, or by emailing support at support@exelonenergyusagedata.com. To transfer a recently acquired building to your existing Energy Usage Data System account, please email support. If you have more than one building in your portfolio, please use this spreadsheet to submit additional addresses and email to support after you submit your completed enrollment form.

Requests for aggregated consumption data on buildings with four (4) or less individually metered accounts will require the consent of each customer. Download our Tenant Consent Form to proceed if your building does not meet the threshold requirements. Please email your completed consent forms to support@exelonenergyusagedata.com.
All existing Resource Advisor account holders should have received an email with instructions to set up their Energy Usage Data System account. If you did not receive an email, please reach out to support@exelonenergyusagedata.com and we will help you to set up your account.

Montgomery County and the state of Maryland join an increasing number of states and municipalities across the United States in establishing benchmarking programs to measure the energy performance of buildings. Montgomery County's Energy Benchmarking Law requires annual energy usage reporting for commercial and multifamily buildings larger than 25,000 square feet.
