Customers may have questions about their electric bill that may need further investigation. These may include:

  • Initial Bill Inquiries - questions about the first bill a customer receives after beginning new service
  • Final Bill Inquiries - questions related to the amount of the Final Bill for customers who have recently closed out their electric service account
  • High Bill Inquiries - questions about high consumption and/or bill amount
  • Rate Inquiries - questions about being billed under the correct rate schedule.
